to Endeavor Communications residential members only. Package pricing includes
the basic local telephone service and one regular set top box. Taxes,
surcharges, EAS fees where applicable and additional equipment fees will apply
and prices are subject to change without notice. Subscribing to HD or DVR
service will incur additional charges. Members subscribing to these packages
agree to a one-year commitment. Terminating this commitment before the one-year
expiration date will incur an early termination fee of $220. Some internet
speeds are only available in certain areas. TV is available only in areas with
fiber optic technology. In order to subscribe to bundled packages, members must
select Endeavor Communications as their long distance carrier which may incur
