Calling Features

900 Block
900 Block allows you to activate and deactivate 900 numbers dialed from your telephone. You can control dialing 900 numbers using your personal identification number (PIN).


3-Way Calling
Save valuable time. This feature lets you turn a two-way phone call into a three-way conversation or a three-person conference call.


Alternate/Teen Number
This feature allows two separate phone numbers to ring into your single line. Each number has a unique ring when called and can be used for a teen, business, or fax line.


Anonymous Call Rejection
Prevents callers that have intentionally blocked their number from ringing into your home. Callers will receive a message to unblock their number in order to reach you.


Automatic Recall (*69)
You can return the last call even without knowing the number. Does not work on 800 or 900 numbers; numbers outside the specified service area; or line using Call Forward or some other call services.


Call Forwarding & Remote Access
Forward calls to any local or long distance number where you can be reached.


Caller ID
Identify the name and number of the caller before you answer the telephone. If you subscribe to this feature and Call Waiting, you also receive Call Waiting Caller ID at no additional cost.


Call Waiting
No more busy signals. When you are on one call, another person may also try calling. You will hear a beep. You may switch between the lines and receive both calls.


Distinctive Ring

This feature announces important callers with a special ring. Up to 32 numbers may be programmed into the phone. When someone from your list calls, you will hear a special ringtone.


Long Distance Block
Allows you to restrict the use of your phone for long distance calls with either the use of a PIN number or with an on/off option.


Notify Plus!

Notify Plus! allows you to send out automated messages to multiple numbers at one time. No need to call each person on your team to deliver a message! Just set up a calling list for your group and send out automated announcements and important messages to only those members in your group.


Selective Call Acceptance
Creates a list of phone numbers from which a call may be accepted. When activated, only phone numbers on your list ring through. This list may have up to 32 numbers.


Selective Call Forwarding
Create a list of phone numbers to be forwarded to another line. This list may have up to 32 numbers.


Selective Call Rejection
Allows you to create a list of 32 telephone numbers that are blocked from calling your home number. The person calling will receive a message that your phone is not accepting calls.


Simultaneous Ring
With Simultaneous Ring you can forward incoming calls to multiple phone lines. For example, when you receive a call, you can have it ring on your residential line and business line simultaneously.


Single Number Service
You no longer need to be at home to receive a call. With Single Number Service you determine how to manage incoming calls using up to nine different phone numbers to ‘Find’ you. Calls from this service may be transferred between phones in the phone list by simply pressing the star key followed by the transfer digit. This service is perfect for people on the go.


Voice Mail
Don’t miss important calls when you are unable to answer the phone. You may activate up to five separate mailboxes, each with a unique greeting. You can access your voicemail from any phone, anywhere, at any time.


Warm Line
If your phone is left or knocked off the hook and a call isn’t placed within 30 seconds, a phone number designated by you will automatically be called. This can be helpful for emergency situations.


Web Portal Access
Web Portal allows you to customize your Phone service/calling feature account settings using an online web portal.
